  • Standard Express Shipping: CAD $36.00
  • Free Standard Express Shipping on orders of CAD $300.00 or more

Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most shipments arrive within a few business days after dispatch.

2. All Other Products (Industrial PCs, Embedded Systems, Touchscreen Displays, Waterproof Keyboards, Custom Builds)

This policy applies to all other SmallPC products not listed in the Accessories collections.

These products often require system validation, configuration, or customer confirmation prior to fulfillment.

Lead Time and Order Confirmation

  • All base systems, industrial PCs, and custom-configured items require customer confirmation before shipment.
  • Our team will contact you after purchase to confirm specifications, availability, and estimated delivery timeline.
  • The standard lead time for these products is typically 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on product availability, order volume, and configuration requirements.

Orders will not be released for shipment until confirmation has been completed.

  • Orders 5.1 kg to 20 kg: CAD $120.00

United States – Cross-Border Shipping
