Placing your Order
Purchase order: please e-mail purchase orders to our sales department, or fax to 416-946-1122. A member of our sales department will contact you to confirm your order.

On Line Order
Products can be purchased on line from our store at www.StarLinePC.com
Visa or Master Card: please supply the card number, name on the card and expiry date with your order. We also accept Paypal payments
On account: You must have an existing account with SmallPC. You may open a new account and apply for credit at any time.
For other arrangements, such as advance payment or wire transfer, please contact our sales department.
Our shipping services of choice are UPS Express and UPS Expedited ("Red" or "Blue"). We can ship on your account, or prepay the charges and add them to your invoice.
If you prefer to arrange another method of shipping, please provide the necessary instructions in your order, or contact our sales department to discuss the details.
Test or Evaluation Orders:
We do not accept evaluation orders or provide demonstration units. We understand that some applications require product testing before it can be confirmed and approved. (Example: Will a 1GHz fanless CPU solution be powerful enough or should you upgrade to a Core 2 Duo CPU configuration.) If you are not sure our product will meet your requirements, and you would like to order a unit for testing, please place a standard order (purchase order or credit card). We will work with you to select a model and configuration that is best suited to your application. Include your courier account number with your test order. If the product does not function as required, it can be returned for a full credit. Please review your application with our support specialist before returning the product. We may be able to assist you in getting our product to function as required in your application. In many cases, a simple BIOS tweak, software driver update or specialized expansion option can clear up a functional issue. Contact our customer support department for a RMA# (Return Material Authorization) before returning any "Test Order" products. The returned product must be in new and working order in its original package to qualify for a full credit/refund. We typically allow 2-3 weeks for product testing.
